MyCruise.Fun is a cruise port guide made by Wanderventure Studios LLC. It has no accounts and no sign-up, and nothing you enter is ever sent to us. The outside services it uses — advertising, booking partners, weather, photos, videos, maps and a visitor counter — are described below.
Your trip list, day plans, notes and settings are saved only in your browser or app storage on your own device. They are never sent to us — we could not read them if we wanted to.
You can delete everything MyCruise.Fun has saved at any time: open More → Reset everything in the app. Clearing this site’s data in your browser, or uninstalling the app, removes it too. Because nothing is sent to us, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
The port guide pages on this website show ads served by Google (AdSense). Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads and measure them, as described in Google’s advertising policies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for their consent through Google’s consent message before cookies are used for ads. You can personalize or limit ad tracking at Google Ads Settings.
Some “Book” buttons link to Viator and GetYourGuide. If you book through one of those links, MyCruise may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Those sites use their own cookies to credit the booking to us, and your booking is handled under their own privacy policies, not this one.
Live weather comes from MET Norway (the Norwegian Meteorological Institute). When you open a port, the app asks MET Norway for that port’s forecast — the port’s location, not yours.
Weather where you are (optional). If you tap “Tap for live weather where you are,” your browser or phone asks your permission to share your location. If you allow it, MyCruise rounds your position to about 11 km (0.1°) and sends only that to MET Norway to fetch the forecast. Your location is never stored or sent to us; only the finished forecast is kept on your device for up to 30 minutes. You can turn location permission off at any time in your browser or phone settings.
Port photos load from Wikimedia Commons, the live map’s code loads from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and its imagery from OpenStreetMap, and ship and port videos (and their preview pictures) come from YouTube. When these load, those services receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type, and YouTube may set its own cookies, per the Wikimedia Privacy Policy, the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, the OSM Foundation Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal information; it tells us only how many visits pages get. Cloudflare also processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Every connection to mycruise.fun, and to the services above, is encrypted (HTTPS).
The service is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If our practices change, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
