Getting ashore
When to visit Amber Cove
December to April is the driest season with pleasant mid-80s°F temps; hurricane season runs June to November.
Getting back to the ship on time
Because Amber Cove is isolated from town, any independent excursion means a taxi both ways, so confirm your driver's return pickup time explicitly since coastal road traffic can delay the trip back.
All-aboard is ship's time — check it in the daily programme, and set your watch to it.
